Note for first-time users: your temporary username is your 16-digit merchant ID (3899xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). Your temporary password is cyn followed by the last four digits of your social security number (cynxxxx). Once logged in, you will be prompted to create a username and password of your choosing.
