It’s fantastic to be able to go to a merchant and offer something different. With PayLo, I can truly offer a program that doesn’t involve costs to the merchant or to myself.

I love that I can see transactions from my store and my website, in real time, on the Virtual Hub. It’s so much easier than what I had before!

Agents are finding the discount programs are enabling them to greatly reduce merchant account attrition and increase net profitability at the same time. It’s a win-win for the agents and merchants.

I’m offering the PayLo Cash Discount, but most customers just want to go ahead and use the card and are fine with the costs. I haven’t had anyone complain and it’s been a huge savings for me.

PayLo has been great for me. My tabs run between $20-25 and I have very few customers ask about the service charge.The equipment has been really durable, holding up during fast-paced peak times.

It all starts with my salesperson, Deanne (pictured.) She stays in touch with me and always reacts immediately to any question I encounter. Really, their overall great service is key. I don’t have many situations, but when I do, they are handled immediately. I have no down time and my processing is always smooth.

I’ve been a customer of SignaPay’s since 2006. I had my pricing on-the-spot and haven’t had an increase since I came onboard. It’s now 2014 and I can still count on the rates I’ve had since the beginning. They’ve always had unbelievable customer service as well and are always a step ahead in technology. On occassion they’ll even give me a call to present some new ideas and new technology that they feel would help my restaurant. Great to work with!

I really believe in SignaPay.  They’re always willing to work with me on cost and whenever I call with a question that they need to look into they always call me right back and never leave me hanging. They’ve also stopped into my location a few times as they’re local and not in some other country which is really important to me as well. SignaPay has been really good to me.

I must say, the customer service is definitely far better than I’ve ever experienced with prior processing companies or banks. Everytime I call in with a question or issue, it’s resolved right away.  It’s fantastic and it’s the main reason I don’t even talk with other processing companies when they contact me. Also, the rates are great. The rates quoted to me by my sales rep years ago are still the rates I receive today. Prior to SignaPay, I processed with other providers and not one held to their word on the costs they had initially quoted me. Working with SignaPay has been an overall great experience and I see no reason to switch from their service.

I’ve been with SignaPay since 2011 and am really happy that I decided to give them a chance.  Since the day I signed up, they have carried themselves with honesty, integrity, and transparency.  Knowing that I can trust my merchant services provider is huge in a business like mine because, frankly, I’m just too busy to keep tabs on everything all the time. SignaPay is great to work with.  I get calls constantly from other processing companies – probably every day – but I know what’s going to happen if I switch to one of those companies; my rates will start going up!
