First time logging into PCIApply?
To login for the first time you need:
- Your Merchant ID Number (located at the top of your monthly merchant statement.)
- The last 4 digits of your business's Tax ID (used on your merchant application.)
- The state registered on your merchant application.
- The ZIP code registered on your merchant application.
