2012Acquired Equity Commerce, an acquisition that doubled SignaPay in size.
2016Introduced PayLo to test markets in California.

2017Introduced the Partner Portal, an online marketing repository where ISO/Agents can download any kind print and online marketing they need to sell SignaPay's services.
