History

Founded in 2006 by industry veteran John Martillo, SignaPay was established with a vision to create a sales-driven ISO that prioritizes exceptional service, fosters personal relationships, and offers top-tier products as the pillars of success.

2006Founded by industry veteran John Martillo.
2010First year to process over $1 Billion.
2012Acquired Equity Commerce, an acquisition that doubled SignaPay in size.
2016Introduced PayLo to test markets in California.
2017Launched PayLo nationwide as the premier cash-discount program in America.
2017Introduced the Partner Portal, an online marketing repository where ISO/Agents can download any kind print and online marketing they need to sell SignaPay's services.
2020As COVID begins to grip the world, SignaPay offered merchants more online tools to process payments safely and securely, helping thousands of businesses across America stay open.
2022Surpassed over $500 million processing volume per day.
2023PayLo is reintroduced as PayLo Dual Pricing, setting SignaPay as the card-brand-backed Dual Pricing and Cash Discounting experts.
