Founder & CEO
John Martillo is an industry veteran with over twenty years of payment experience. Prior to SignaPay, John founded the Independent Sales Organization, Cynergy Data. As President, he spent the next eleven years turning the company into one of top payments processors in the country. Having achieved such noteworthy success, John relocated to Dallas, Texas, and founded SignaPay in 2006. Together, John’s ventures today service more than 12,000 businesses processing more than $5 billion annually.
Greg Devoll joined the SignaPay team in 2016 and is responsible for providing oversight of daily operations regarding Accounting, Finance, HR, and Risk. Greg also optimizes business processes and IT infrastructure and ensures SignaPay is properly staffed. Prior to his time at SignaPay, Greg has had successful experience in business startups and operations, strategic planning and execution, IT and risk management. Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Finance, Summa Cum Lade, from Oral Roberts University.
VP Business Operations
Barry Ervi joined the SignaPay team in 2007 and leads the company’s planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth. With over 23 years of industry experience, Barry previously worked in the Capital Markets division at First USA Bank and in Business Development at Chase Paymentech. Barry received a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Marketing at Texas Tech University.
Matt Nern joined the SignaPay team in 2016 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects related to sales, business development, and marketing. With over 18 years of payment processing industry experience, Matt previously worked as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Secure Bancard, LLC and as Vice President of Sales at CrossCheck, Inc. He has recruited, trained and developed numerous sales teams nationwide that consistently exceeded sales projections. Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Sonoma State University.
